Hall Hire Information

The Church Council welcomes the use of Church Centre facilities by community groups. We provide a venue for playgroups, activities for older people (including several U3A classes), and social, educational and exercise programs.

  Main Hall   $42 per hour
  Tidbinbilla   $29 per hour
  Brindabella   $26 per hour
  Main Hall [Solo Dance]   $23 per hour

 ($90 base + $50 per hour)

 Tidbinbilla

 ($45 base + $34 per hour)

Please note that the prices for hiring our facilities for parties or Functions are adjusted to include a surcharge for kitchen hire, cleaning, and rubbish removal. Council reserves the right to waive the surcharge.

 


Liability insurance is a prerequisite to hire our facilities. If you do not have insurance, then for one-off events only you can be covered for an additional charge of $25.


Expectations of those using our Halls:

  1. Please leave the hall as you found it, putting away any tables and chairs where you retrieved them from.
  2. Please make sure you don't leave rubbish from the hall, and that the floors and kitchen are in the condition you found them.
  3. Ensure that the air conditioners, heaters, and lights are all turned off as you leave.
  4. Check all doors and windows locked before leaving, and see the key returned to it's place.
  5. To be courteous of others who are using another room at the same time as you, and ensure that you are prepared to vacate the rooms when you're finished for the sake of the next group.
